a Really good service, beautiful rooftop, ideal location

the staff was very, very nice and extremely competent and catered to our every need. the double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was soundproof. a mini fridge bar, air conditioner and a personal safe were a huge plus.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe in the room. Absolutely superb view to city...

Greatly enjoyed our tastefully decorated and well-appointed rooms in this hotel.

The room was separate, and we had a superb view of street. It had an extremely comfy bed and included a clean bathroom a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries and robes. Location: the hotel was right by the main attractions, the taxi to come to and old town main attractions and bazaars.

I have stayed in the double room with cute balcony.

I so wanted to give a good review, but with a tiny bathroom and broken shower, it just didn't seem right. I expected at least a room upgrade for my troubles, but that seems too much to ask. Breakfast? The worst-so simple and uninspired. It's not like i'm asking for the moon, just decent service, you know?

great location but some areas need improvement

The location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions. The staff, especially Ramazan, were helpful in making restaurant reservations and arranging transportation. I loved the fine views from the rooftop terrace, made every evening special.

The bathroom was quite small, making it less comfortable than expected.

Request a room on a lower floor to avoid noise from the bar, especially if you're sensitive to sound.

Unfortunately, I was assigned a room that was quite noisy due to the bar above. The lack of sufficient darkness from the stained glass window added to the disturbance. Regrettably, while the management did offer a complimentary massage, it didn't feel adequate since we were two guests and a breakfast inclusion would have been more fitting.

The location is perfect for exploring, just a short walk from the Egyptian Bazaar. The rooftop terrace offers fine views of the city. My room was well-appointed with a comfortable bed and great amenities like a Nespresso machine. The staff were super friendly. I loved the hammam treatment. It was great!

The hotel offers excellent proximity to major landmarks and attractions, all within easy walking distance. Breakfast was a good experience, with daily Nespresso coffee pods available to kickstart our mornings. The staff at the reception were especially cute.

The rooftop restaurant service could be a bit slow during peak hours.

We enjoyed our stay with great attention to detail, like the cozy atmosphere and the gorgeous room decor. Loved the relaxing sauna and spa options to unwind after a day of exploring. The only downside was the breakfast selection, which could have been more authentic, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all. 😊

We enjoyed a good stay! The hotel staff arranged a fantastic tour with a private guide who showed us the best spots efficiently, saving us time. A wonderful experience for families!
